Meet the Team
Dr Ogoamaka Eze is one of Britain’s new generations of fearless entrepreneurial dentists that have broken away from the traditional route of working for many years in a safe environment before going-it-alone. Instead Ogo threw down the gauntlet at age 27, a mere 4 years after qualifying, embarking on a bold quest that culminated in her becoming the Principal Dentist at her own practice, Dentist@W2, located in Paddington, London.
Prior to building a reputation for excellent standards in dental care, Ogo qualified from King’s College London School of Medicine and Dentistry, London in 2001 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
In 2004 she completed a 2 year diploma at the Royal College of Surgeons, London to gain membership with the Faculty of General Dental Practitioner’s, UK. Then she embarked on a 14 month Implantology course at the Eastman Dental Institute, London and received a certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology.

A full range of general dental care is provided at Dentist @ W2. Dr Ogo also has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry having become a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists and completing the Implantology course at the Eastman Dental institute. She excels in Tooth Whitening, crown and bridge work, veneers and Implants to create a confident smile.
Ogo was recently (July 2010) appointed a part-time position at King’s College London (GKT) as Clinical Teacher on the Primary Dental Care Unit for the final year dental undergraduates.
When Ogo is not in surgery with her patients she spends her time as a media spokesperson for the British Dental Association where she works to help the advancement in UK dental healthcare. Her other influential roles have included being on the panel at the Westminster Health Forum where leaders in the dental industry along with health care ministers and other MPs discuss the future for dentistry and its legislations. Ogo has also done a lot of other media work including a number of live interviews on dentistry on BBC breakfast news and BBC news 24 in, as well as live radio interviews on BBC Radio, Capital Life and LBC news. Her most recent live BBC interview was on Friday 28th May 2010.
Dr Ogo Eze was a nominated candidate for the national Women of the Future Awards 2010, in the ‘Professions Woman of the Future’ category. Founded and chaired by Pinky Lilani with Cherie Blair as a Patron, the awards celebrate the rising stars of business, the arts, science, technology and media, honouring women aged 35 and under who are making an impact in their chosen fields.
The awards were created to highlight influential young women in the UK that had been ear marked as future leaders and world changers.
Ogo was featured in the Power List 2011 (by J.P Morgan and Powerful Media – published November 2010) which honours the remarkable achievements of the people on it. Each of these individuals is believed to have demonstrated ‘great leadership and the ability to find opportunity in uncertainty. Their success sets a powerful example of what can be achieved.’
In July 2010 Ogo was head hunted to be part of the Black 100+ Exhibition. Founded by Lorna Stewart, this exhibition was designed to show case modern day achiever’s in the black and ethnic minority communities. This would then provide education and encouragement to young people within these communities to aim high and go for their dreams.
Ogo was among a selection of 25 UK businesses that travelled to
Nigeria for the 2008 Africa Trade Fair Exhibition at the Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Nigeria. She highlighted her work in the UK as a Cosmetic and general dentist, a Dental Consultant and an International Speaker. Ogo lead a discussion group on ‘the challenges young entrepreneurs face in business’. She was honoured to be awarded The Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in a media-covered banquet event on 20th Sep 2008.
Ogo aims to develop a chain of dental practices in the UK and abroad where more and more patients can enjoy a new age of non-phobic dentistry. Her goal is to dispel the past stereotype of the scary dentist.
Having done previous charity work in Africa (volunteering her dental services to impoverished rural communities) she has her heart set on furthering her works there through clinical practice and dental consultancy.
Ogo would like to help with the advancements of UK dentistry. She believes that she could add value as a dental ambassador by giving insight as both a dental professional and a member of the community.
Ogo has an unstoppable passion and drive to transform the face of dentistry in Britain and beyond. Furthermore, as a mentor at Urban Synergy Mentoring Group, she is keen to pass on her dedication and enthusiasm to the youth of today.
Specialist Oral Surgeon: Dr Antal Roka
Dr. Antal Róka, DMD, MSc graduated from the University of Medicine at Pécs with a D.m.D. in 2001, After passing the Special Examination in the Field of General Dentistry with distinction (Grade A), he became a Specialist in Dental and Oral Diseases in 2003. In 2005 he gained his MSc at the University of West Hungary , Budapest . In 2007 he became a Specialist in Cosmetic and Prosthodontic Dentistry. From 2009 he is GDC registered specialist in oral surgery.
His special interests are complete mouth reconstructions and bone augmentation procedures He believes in a very high standard of work, precision, reliability and in continuing professional development as well.
He is a member of the General Dental Council of the UK and of the Association of Dental Implantology UK . He is fully insured in the UK .
Hygienist & Dental Therapist : Emily Padmore
Emily graduated with a BCS in Oral health science from The University Of Manchester. She also has qualifications in Dental Nursing and Dental Whitening. Emily’s goal is to keep Britains teeth healthy and white.
International Business Relations Manageress: Judit Honti-Kranyik
Judit started her career as a General Nurse and later moved into Dentistry. She received further qualifications in becoming a Dental nurse, Dental technician and a Dental hygienist. In 2003 she took Marketing courses which lead her to a position as Director of Hungarian Representation/Distributor of American Ultradent Company.
Practice Manageress/ Receptionist: Monika Stachurska
Monika is a qualified Dental Nurse, she also has a masters in Philosophy. When Monika is not at work she is taking care of her new baby girl. She also a bit of a foodie.
Dental Nurse/ Receptionist: Petra Molnar
Petra is a trained Dental Nurse, She also has a Masters Degree in Science Education. In her spare time she loves to watch wildlife and spend time with her family.
Receptionist: Antoinette Martins
Tina as she she is known is a trainee Dental Nurse and is currently studying to become a Dentist in the future.
